  4. Reusable foodware and bulk offerings are standard in cafés, which helps avoid the generation of over 394,000 pounds of disposables each year.

  5. Comprehensive waste data tracking—including Leanpath adoption and ABM self-hauling—drives informed decision-making and supports a strong overall diversion rate of 83.7%.
