Denise Braun
Co-Founder & President

TRUE Advisor, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador

Denise is the Co-Founder and President of All About Waste, boasting over 20 years of experience in sustainable buildings and solutions. With a portfolio spanning 200 LEED certified projects and 14 WELL certified projects nationwide, Denise is a seasoned expert in environmental sustainability. Born and raised in Brazil, Denise is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, she effectively engages with diverse communities in Los Angeles.

Denise specializes in developing, analyzing, and implementing technical waste management solutions. She has conducted waste audits on over 30 million square feet of commercial office buildings and led the development of Solid Waste Management Plans. Her contributions have resulted in successful Zero Waste policies and procedures for building operations.

A LEED and WELL accredited professional, Denise has played integral roles in over 127 LEED certified projects, many achieving the highest certification levels. Currently, she leads the TRUE zero waste certification and methodology for various commercial buildings and construction sites.  Denise is a current voluntary member of the TRUE and LEED MR Technical Advisory Groups.  

Beyond her professional pursuits, Denise is an avid outdoor enthusiast, having completed the LA Marathon and obtained her PADI Advanced Diver certification. She is passionate about sustainable living and actively promotes environmental stewardship through her work and personal endeavors.

Cody Ryan
Co-Founder & Director of Waste Audits

TRUE Advisor

Cody is the Co-Founder and Director of Waste Audits at All About Waste.  He brings over 25 years of expertise in supply chain, logistics, and B2B to his role at All About Waste. Since the inception of the company, Cody has played a pivotal role, leveraging his experience to conduct waste audits for projects spanning over 30 million square feet across the United States. He is renowned for his pioneering work in developing methodologies for waste data collection and analysis tailored to studios and multi-tenant commercial buildings, encompassing various phases such as staging, shooting, and striking.

As a TRUE Advisor, Cody is committed to driving sustainable waste management practices and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from California State University of Long Beach.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Cody is deeply passionate about marine conservation and ocean-related activities, including being an avid surfer.

Megan White
Vice President & Head of Operations

LEED AP (BD+C, O+M, ID+C), LFA, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador 

Megan serves as the Vice President and Head of Operations at All About Waste, bringing over 16 years of forward-thinking leadership in the sustainable design and construction industry. Specializing in managing complex, large-scale development projects and cross-functional teams, Megan is dedicated to addressing the root causes of critical systemic challenges, including climate change, ethical supply chains, whole-life carbon considerations, nature preservation, social equity, and human well-being.

Renowned in the real estate and development realm, Megan is acclaimed as a process author, systems thinker, and igniter. She collaborates with clients to pioneer innovation, technology, and the implementation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments. Megan is a current voluntary member of the LEED BD&C Consensus Committee. 

Throughout her illustrious career, Megan has made significant contributions to over 55 million square feet of real estate projects. Her portfolio includes spearheading projects totaling more than 45 million square feet targeting LEED certification, over 6 million square feet pursuing LBC certifications, and over 2 million square feet aiming for WELL certification.

A former full-scholarship springboard diver, Megan graduated from Boston University with a concentration in Environmental Earth Sciences. Today, she is an avid yogi who finds solace in her garden during every spare moment.

Emily DeCremer
Senior Project Manager

TRUE Advisor, SRM Professional

Emily brings over 18 years of expertise in sustainable resource management and zero waste to her role. Previously serving as the Certification Program Manager of TRUE, a zero waste certification program at USGBC/GBCI, Emily played a pivotal role in the program's development and expansion. During her tenure, she collaborated with numerous Fortune 500 companies, sports venues, nonprofits, event organizers, and government agencies on zero waste initiatives. She continues to support the TRUE program at GBCI as a contracted certification reviewer, having assessed over 100 facility, event, and construction projects across various sectors and countries.

As a Senior Project Manager at All About Waste, Emily has applied her extensive experience to develop zero waste strategies and oversee TRUE certification for diverse projects, including commercial buildings, multi-tenant sites, and government facilities. 

Emily's commitment to sustainability extends beyond her professional endeavors. She serves as an environmental studies instructor at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA, where she imparts her knowledge and passion for sustainable practices to students.

In her leisure time, Emily finds solace in nature, goes to theme parks, and enjoys the company of her two dogs, Molly and Millie.

Gabriele Rosa
Project Manager

TRUE Advisor, LEED AP O+M, Fitwel Ambassador

Gabriele brings over 10 years of experience working in sustainability consulting, first in her home country of Brazil and now rooted in the US, where she partners with clients globally.

She is a dynamic and accomplished Civil Engineer with a Master's degree in Sustainable Development and Circular Economy, has over a decade of experience leading sustainability initiatives across diverse project typologies. With a portfolio encompassing over 50 projects, ranging from distribution centers exceeding 10 million sq. ft to commercial offices, Gabriele is renowned for her collaborative approach and innovative solutions.

Specializing in LEED O+M, TRUE, and Fitwel certifications, Gabriele brings a data-driven orientation and a strong commitment to sustainability principles to her role at All About Waste. Her ultimate goal is to transform every construction site into a resounding success story, championing zero waste and embracing circular solutions.

In addition to providing valuable insights and fostering engagement within teams, Gabriele is dedicated to equity, building materials reuse, and environmental considerations throughout the construction and operation phases. Her holistic approach ensures that projects achieve elevated certification levels while maximizing their positive impact.

Outside of work, Gabriele enjoys exploring new restaurants, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Lucas Allen
Project Manager

TRUE Advisor, LEED AP BD+C, Fitwel Ambassador

Lucas is born, raised, and resides in Los Angeles, and brings over seven (7) years of experience in the solid waste management and green building industries. As a LEED AP BD+C, TRUE Advisor, and Fitwel Ambassador, he leverages this broad background to drive holistic changes and lead his projects to achieve their sustainability goals. Lucas is particularly passionate and dedicated to finding practical and creative ways to reduce or design out waste sources.

In his role as a Project Manager/Sustainability Consultant for All About Waste, Mr. Allen has worked on a variety of projects for prominent private entities including Google, Adobe, State Farm, Mattress Firm, Hudson Pacific Properties, Tishman Speyer, Westfield, SOM, Kilroy Realty, and more. He provides smart solutions to mitigate human impacts on the planet, harnessing the potential of green building practices.

Lucas's experience spans large construction projects such as malls and commercial offices, as well as smaller scale projects like commercial office interiors and schools. He has analyzed waste stream production in commercial office buildings and developed waste management strategies for over 17 million square feet of facilities to reduce waste impact. Additionally, he has contributed to the project management of various LEED and WELL global portfolios, ensuring that project teams meet or exceed their desired sustainability goals.

In his leisure time, Lucas enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, rowing, and embracing the outdoors. Whether it's at the beach or on the trails, he believes in the importance of experiencing nature and encourages others to do the same. 

Nicole Seyle
Project Manager

Nicole Seyle has been involved with resource management and recycling for 5 years. She was a project manager for one of the franchise haulers of the City of Los Angeles’ RecyLA program, as well as other franchise districts for LA County. She has experience leading zero waste teams, implementing recycling programs and spearheading food recovery for businesses throughout Los Angeles.

In her spare time Nicole is an avid surfer, water woman and all around ocean lover. She has a BA in Spanish from The College of Charleston, a certificate in Recycling & Resource Management from Santa Monica College and is a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor.

Nick Yoshioka
Assistant Project Manager

Nick has recently graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a BS in Environmental Science from the Institute of Environmental Science and a minor in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science. He was born, raised, and resides in Southern California and he enjoys surfing and hanging out with friends in his freetime. Away from his personal life, he is deeply passionate about education, sustainability, and marine life.
